Lubricant strategy & supply

Bulk lubricants, smarter strategy, built for the way operations run today.

Oil sales calls are full of jargon. We do the opposite: tell us how your operation runs, and we tell you what to buy, how much, and why — in plain English, with the price attached.

No online checkout — build a list, we call you with final pricing within 24 hours.

What is your oil program costing you?

Most shops are buying in a container one or two sizes too small. Move the sliders — every assumption behind the number is listed, and nothing here asks for your email.

One quart, or eight thousand gallons.

01 / 05 · Quart bottle

The quart bottle

What you grab off a shelf. Sold by the case, priced by the case. For counter sales, top-offs and single-vehicle service — the most expensive way to buy oil per gallon, and occasionally exactly the right call.

02 / 05 · 5-gallon pail

The 5-gallon pail

About four car oil changes. One person can carry it, which is why small shops live on them — and why they quietly become the most expensive habit in the building once you pass roughly 60 gallons a month.

03 / 05 · 55-gallon drum

The 55-gallon drum

About forty-four car oil changes, and the usual pick for a busy shop. Needs a pump and a little floor space; pays for both almost immediately if you are moving more than a couple of pails a week.

The 275-gallon tote

Around two hundred and twenty oil changes in one box. Moved by forklift, swapped by us on refill, no disposal fee at all. For active fleets and plants with metered dispensing this is usually the sweet spot.

Bulk — we fill your tank

A tanker comes to you, 500 to 8,000 gallons at a time. The lowest cost per gallon there is, no containers to handle, and a standing schedule so you stop thinking about it entirely.

Why EmTech

Most vendors lead with a price sheet. We lead with your operation.

Four things change when you switch. None of them are about oil.

  1. 01 — Strategy first

A plan built around your operation, not a pitch.

Before we quote a single line, we learn how your shop runs and where you want it in three years. The plan comes out of that conversation — not out of a parts list somebody handed us.

  2. 02 — Lower operating cost

Right container, fewer SKUs, less money.

We pull from STARFIRE® and every major brand to cut what you spend and shrink what you stock. Usually that means fewer products in bigger packages — and we show you the arithmetic before you commit.

  3. 03 — One supplier

One order, one truck, one invoice.

Motor oil, hydraulic, coolant, grease, DEF, shop supplies. Consolidating removes the small-order surcharges and the four separate delivery windows you are currently working around.

  4. 04 — A partner on call

An advisor you call before decisions, not after.

Month to month, steady pricing, one person who knows your equipment and picks up the phone. Questions about oil, machines or inventory get answered the same day. For years.

Common questions

The things people ask before the first order.

The five most common ones are here. The full list covers minimums, freight, specs, lead times and account terms.

No minimum on packaged goods — we will sell you a single case. Bulk tank delivery starts at 500 gallons because that is the smallest economical tanker drop. Between those two, freight is what decides whether an order makes sense, and we will tell you plainly when it does not.
Quote back within 24 hours, first delivery in about three business days for stocked items across the Indianapolis metro and surrounding counties. Nationwide runs longer depending on freight. Rush orders happen — call and ask rather than guessing.
No. STARFIRE® is our house premium line and usually the better value, but Mobil, Chevron, Shell, Valvoline, Pennzoil, Quaker State and Lucas all go on the same order and the same truck. If your OEM warranty or a customer contract requires a specific brand, that is the brand you get.
Not yet, and that is deliberate. Lubricant pricing moves with base oil markets and freight, so a checkout button would either overcharge you or quote a price we cannot honor. You build the list, we confirm the real price within 24 hours, then you approve it.
That is the normal case, not the exception. Tell us the equipment — make, model, year, or just "a shop full of Ford trucks" — and we match it to the right product, grade and container size. Start with the oil finder or call 866-497-LUBE and describe what you have.
