Privacy Policy
EmTech Oil is a small, family-run lubricant distributor. We collect the minimum needed to reply to your request — and nothing else. No ad tracking, no marketing lists, no selling data.

You only give us information when you submit one of the forms on this site:
- Callback request (home page): your name and phone number.
- Order list (Prices & quote page): your name, company, phone and/or email, and the contents of your list — products, grades, container sizes, quantities, and the estimated total.
- Strategy session (Our approach page): your name, business name, phone and/or email, and what you tell us about your operation.
We do not use analytics trackers or advertising cookies. Your in-progress order list and contact details are stored only in your own browser (localStorage) until you send them.

- To reply to your request — we call or email you back with pricing, availability, and delivery details.
- To prepare and deliver the order you asked about.
- Nothing else. We don't add you to marketing lists or send unsolicited email.
[ 03 ]Who we share it with
We never sell or rent your information. We may share order details (product, grade, quantity — not your contact information beyond a delivery address when required) with our supplying brand partners, such as STARFIRE Premium Lubricants, only as needed to source and fulfill your order. Form submissions travel through our email delivery provider solely to get your message to us.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising — there is nothing to opt out of. If you are a California resident, you still have the right to know, correct, and delete the information we hold; email john@emtechoil.com and we'll handle it directly.
[ 05 ]Cookies & third parties
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. It loads web fonts from Google Fonts (your browser requests the font files from Google) and sends form submissions through our serverless email provider. Your in-progress order list and contact details live only in your own browser's localStorage until you send them.
[ 06 ]How long we keep it
Quote requests and order lists are kept as ordinary business correspondence for as long as needed to serve your account and meet tax and record-keeping obligations. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless a legal obligation requires keeping it.

- Prefer not to use the forms? Call 866-497-LUBE (Toll-free · Mon–Fri, 7am–5pm ET) and nothing is collected online at all.
