[ 02 ]Quotes & pricing

• All prices shown are estimates for planning. They are not binding offers.
• Your final price, availability, and delivery day are confirmed by phone or email before anything ships.
• Volume-tier discounts and delivery thresholds shown in the builder are indicative and confirmed with your quote.
• Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote itself.

[ 03 ]Orders, delivery & returns

• An order exists only once we confirm it with you. Sending a list through the site is a request, not a purchase.
• Delivery terms, freight, and minimums are agreed per order.
• Inspect deliveries on receipt; report shortages or damage within 48 hours.
• Unopened, resalable product may be returned by prior arrangement; custom or bulk-delivered product is not returnable.

Product descriptions and specifications are provided by manufacturers and are for guidance; always confirm the correct product for your equipment against the OEM specification. Safety Data Sheets are available for every product — request an SDS. Handle all lubricants, fluids and chemicals per their SDS.

To the extent permitted by law, EmTech's liability on any order is limited to the price paid for the product concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
